Automatic Sequences are used for automatic correspondence and / or reminders to members in your database. Here you can build up complex event emails that are sent automatically on different types of events. For example:
- Send user actions, eg. a new membership request when a member updates.
- Send on specific dates, eg. on the 1st of January every year.
- Send on period times, eg. after a member action, so +2 days after a member signs up.
- Send on birthdays, eg. actionable number of days before a members birthday for special offers etc.
